Ruthlessproxies supports HTTP and HTTPS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept cryptocurrencies as payment methods. If you need help with getting cryptocurrencies, open a support ticket.
Do you keep logs of user traffic?
No, we do not keep any logs such as connecting IP, or website visited.
Do you offer trials?
Yes, we offer 1GB trials, get in contact with us for more information.
How can I get in contact?

What is the format for the proxies?
There are 2 options: ip:port:user:pass or user:pass@ip:port
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final, we don't provide refunds, therefore we highly suggest to get a free trial of a package you want to buy to test it out.
My proxy doesn't work!
Make sure you aren't using a VPN. If it still doesn't work, please follow the steps to make sure this isn't a DNS issue - https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using#change_your_dns_servers_settings - If the issue still continues after these steps, please open a ticket on our Discord server.
